The company is independently owned and operated, with a knowledgeable staff that's ready to help you find the perfect awards solution. After entering the Awards and Recognition industry, the owners quickly established itself as a leader in the area. The company was built on 4 defining principles: Quality Products, Competitive Prices, Benchmark Customer Service and Fast Turnaround. Becoming active in the community and supporting local charities, such as the Susan B. Komen for the Cure, the company began working with many local businesses, goverment agencies, churches and schools.

In 2004 the company moved into an 1100 sq. ft. location in downtown Rochester and began to expand its products and services. The new location came with a larger showroom to display the quality products of the industry and a larger production/stockroom for order fulfilment. The customer remained at the forefront of the company's success, so to maintain the relationship with their customers, the owners began a CRM (Customer Relations Management) program.

fbGifts & Awards started a Customer Relations program to better manage the customers and their interaction with the company. The program involved sending surveys to customers asking for feedback on recent interactions with the company. The results of the surveys is used to the strenghten the company's ability to support the needs of the customer and reinforce fbGifts & Awards as a customer driven company. The company work very hard to maintain 100% customer satisfaction. Comments on pricing, quality, services and professionalism is encouraged on the surveys.

fbGifts.com Launched (A Secure Shopping Experience)
In 2005 the company launched fbGifts.com with the intent to reach customers across the U.S. fbGifts.com is a fully functioning e-commerce website packed with many of the same products displayed at the showroom location of fbgifts & Awards. The website provides a secure shopping experience utilizing the payment gateway from the award winning company, Authorize.Net. The ease of shopping online at fbgifts.com receives the same focus as the customers who walk in the front door of fbGifts & Awards. Shipping products to the online customers is primarily done through UPS. Customers receive tracking information to track their packages all the waty to their door. Most products are shipped in 48hrs after order is placed at fbgifts.com.
Services Provided by fbGifts & Awards
By 2007 the company provided many products in the Awards and Recognition industry and the services had grown in much the same way. The core service offered was Engraving, both Laser and Rotary. Some work was done inhouse and other specialty work was provided by local alliances. The company also wanted to offer other services to its customers like screen-printing, embriodery and etching, so fbGifts & Awards joined the ASI organization and later SAGE which gave the addition reach into working with Promotional Products. Now the company would offer Engraving, Screen-Printing and Embroidery. The equipment used by fbGifts & Awards is state of the art and provide high quality corporate awards, trophies and plaques for our clients. See snapshots below:
In 2009 the company added full color Sublimation and Sandblasting to its inhouse list of services. These services brought the capability of Etching Glass and Crystal onsite and printing full color images on many substrates. We now print color photos on Plaques, Mugs, T-shirts and even on Trophy plates.
fbGifts & Awards relocates to Charlotte, NC
During the summer of 2011, the owners moved the business to Charlotte, NC. The company expanded the operations space to 2,500 sq. ft and that more than doubled the space as before allowing for larger inventory storage, faster production and ease of packing and shipment. The company continues to service many of its customers in the NY area as well as across the country. fbGifts & Awards has also begun to acquire local companies in the area, beginning work with Big Brothers Big Sister, Ford Realty Company and Diablo Racing Technology.
