Customer Service: It is our commitment to you 'the customer' to provide the very best products and service possible.   We process orders quickly, pack items carefully to insure your product arrives in excellent condition.  Customers can also email us at customerservice@fbgifts.com or call 585-224-0635 if in the Rochester area or 877-996-2927 from outside the area to speak with a representative during business hours.

Shipping and Handling: Customers are responsible for Shipping and Handling.  Occasionally fbGifts.com with offer FREE shipping on select products. Our primary carrier is UPS.  However, customers do have the option of choosing  FedEx, or USPS during checkout. Once your items ship you will be notified and given a tracking# for your convenience. Local Customers can select "Store Pick Up" to avoid shipping fees and pick up your awards at 1100 Culver Rd, Rochester, NY. 

Returns Policy:  To return damaged merchandise for exchange or refund, you must obtain an RA#(Returns Authorization).  This should be requested within 5 days of receiving merchandise.  Simply call fbGifts & Awards at 585-224-0635 if in the Rochester area or 877-996-2927 from outside the area.  After that, customers will have an additional 5 days to return damaged merchandise to 1100 Culver Rd. Rochester, NY 14609.  This is a total of 10 days from the original date the merchandise was received.  We will not accept merchandise not in original packaging, without an RA# or if it arrives outside the 10 day grace period.
