Occasionally fbGifts.com with offer FREE shipping on select products. Our primary carrier is UPS. However, customers do have the

To return merchandise for credit or refund, you must obtain and RA#(Returns Authorization). This should be requested within 5 days of receiving merchandise. Simply call fbGifts & Awards at 585-224-0635. After that, customers will have an additional 10 days to return damaged merchandise to 1100 Culver Rd. Rochester, NY 14609. This is a total of 15 days from the original date the merchandise was received. We will not accept merchandise not in original packaging, without an RA# or if it arrives outside the 15 day grace period. |
