Free Engraving Details

Free Engraving counts the 1st - 50 characters of an individual item in your order.
(e.g. you order 5 identical plaques with total characters = 200. The first 50 will be free and the remaining 150 will be billed at $.15 percharacter.)

Plaques:

Free Engraving up to 50 Characters apply for all Plaques on our website. Only apply to intial plaque order and does not include Perpetual Plate engraving that is normally done over time.

Trophies and Cups:

Free Engraving up to 50 Characters apply for all Trophies and Cups on our website.

Corporate Giftware:

Free Engraving up to 50 Characters apply for all Corporate Giftware on our website. Corporate Giftware include: Desk Clocks, Corporate Trophies, Business Card Holders, Business Card Cases, Pen & Pencil Sets, Name Plates and Blocks and all other Desk Accessories.

Medals:

Free Engraving up to 50 Characters apply for all Medals on our website. 

Promotional Products:

 Promotional Products are sold in large quantities and many times will not require many characters. Different guidelines apply for these products.   


When Engraving charges apply:

Any engraving request over 50 characters will be charged at $.15 per character. To prevent a delay in processing your order please call us at (585) 224-0635 or send an email to:Customerservice@fbgifts.com  if your order requires more than 50 characters.
